He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Foster and Melda Suter (Will); his wife Nancy J. Bittner; his stepmother Blanche Suter (Landis); and his sister Mary Gnagey.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Ludwig (Dale); his grandchildren, Wendi Brewer, Anthony Shaulis and Shaun Shaulis (Lori); his great grandchildren, Kristen, Michaell, Tanner, Carter, Reese, Kailea and Madyson; and his great great grandchildren, Sahara, Serenity, Sagelyn and Sequoia. He is also survived by step-brothers and sisters.
