It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwendolyn Marion Montgomery (Somerset, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Cronemiller and Georgia Cronemiller (Dugger); her husband Robert W. Montgomery; her children, Jeffery Montgomery and Karen DeVine; and her grandsons, Scott Devine and Austin Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Montgomery (Jack McIntosh) and Bradley Montgomery; her grandchildren, Eric Sidone (Cyndi), Cory Montgomery (Kim), Jeremy Montgomery (Justine), Kevin Montgomery (Katie), Cole Montgomery (Wendy), Adam Devine, Jamie Montgomery (Ashley), Amanda Griffith (Robert), Wendy Brown (Shawn) and Katie Montgomery; her sister Anita Frederick; and her son-in-law Ernie Devine (Dwight Woy). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ (1209 Keysertown Rd, Boswell, PA 15531). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
