He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jennings and Hazel Gertrude Baumgardner (Johnson); and his siblings, George, Dale, Charles Baumgardner, Jean and Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Elaine Brant; his daughters, Kimberly Shumaker (Douglas) of Somerset, Rebecca Frazier (Travis) of Ludowici, GA and Cari Baumgardner (Juan Cano) of Pembroke Pines, FL; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Kylee, Cheyenne, Mary Anne and Reygan; his great grandchildren, River and Meadow; and his sisters, Shirley Claar (William) of Holidaysburg and Charlotte Aungst (Stephen) of Duncansville.
A reception will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services (494 W Main St, Somerset, PA 15501).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Bien Hoa Veterans Association.
