She was predeceased by: her parents, James Samuel and Verdamae Heist (Kimmel); her husband Harold Wayne Ankeny; and her brothers, James and William Heist.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Linda K. Kruth (Larry) of Grand Ledge, Mich. and David W. Ankeny (Pat) of Somerset. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
