He was predeceased by: his parents, Meade Frampton and Gertrude Frampton (Hayes); his wife Betty Jane Frampton (Fisher); and his daughter Melissa Kinsella. He is survived by: his children, Marsha Rose Hileman (Wendell) of Jennerstown, Karen Lintz (Craig) of Jenners and Kurtis Frampton (Christina) of Boswell; his son-in-law Patrick Kinsella; his grandchildren, Jennifer Vogelezang (Jake), Michael Lintz and Laura Hileman; and his great grandchild Elijah Vogelezang.
