He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel J. O'Neill Sr.; and his niece Gabrielle Teresa DeThomas. He is survived by: his parent Mary O'Neill (Kelleher) of Pleasant Mount; his siblings, Karen O'Neill DeThomas of Arlington, VA and William F. O'Neill (Sharon) of Warrenton, VA; and his nephews, Zachary O'Neill, Ryan O'Neill (Claudia) and Ben DeThomas (Fidan).
