He is survived by: his wife Sally Landis; his children, Rebecca Burkett (Ryan) of Pittsburgh and Brian Faidley (Jennifer) of Sipesville; his grandchildren, Hailey and Nevaeh Faidley; and his sisters, Connie Hollis and Mary Kathleen Burkholder.
