She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell W. Menser and Viola Lucetta Menser (Workman); her husband Robert Ernest Phillippi; her sons-in-law, Randolph Rush and Marc Lechevalier; and her brothers, Leo, Dana, Eugene and James.
She is survived by: her children, Arbuta E. Dill (Daniel) of Jerome, Holly J. Gaskell (David) of Berlin, Robin Lechevalier of Somerset, Kevin R. Phillippi (Christine) of Calimesa, CA and Julie Rush of Cairnbrook; her grandchildren, Erin, Janelle Dill, Peter, Paul Lechevalier, Mark, Andrew, Adam Phillippi, Benjamin, Nathan and Joshua Rush; and her great grandchildren, Rowan, Stryker, Quinn and Charlie.
