She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burk and Elsie Mae Burk Sr. (Will); her husband James Franklin Mills; her great grandchild Hunter Mills; her daughter-in-law Debbie J. Mills; and her siblings, Charles Burk Jr., Betty Cooper and Connie Mack.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Mills, Douglas Mills (Maria) and David Mills (Tonya); and her sisters, Dorrie Harber (Bob), Elaine Hillegas (Gene) and Linda Zimmerman (Tim). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
