She is survived by: her daughters, Dixie Kelly Lemley (Charles), Brenda Berkey (Fritz) and Holly Hearth (Timothy); her grandchildren, Nathan Kelly (Suzanne), Tanya Keyser (Brett), Stephanie Berkey, Joshua Berkey (Ellen), Kailee Commella (Dominic) and Thomas Hearth; her great grandchildren, Amber Kelly (Heath), Autumn Kelly, Jason Allen, Sydney Berkey and Tenneley Commella; her sister Connie Bowers (E. J. Koerbel); and her caregiver Anni Hay.
