He is survived by: his children, Donald Williams (Jeri) of Windber and Deanna Bowers (William II) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Brittney Rugg, Brandon Williams, Nita Williams, William Lon Bowers III and Brock James Bowers; his great grandchildren, Bailan Rugg, Allura Bredniak and Kacey Rugg; his cousins, Linda Pruter (Mark) of Las Vegas, NV and Patricia Rubin of Washington; and his close friend Mickey Rayman.
