He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew James and Anna M. Soberdash (Kostelnik); his daughter Kristin Lynn Soberdash; his grandson Donald A. Soberdash III; and his siblings, Arnold, Francis, Wilma, Maryann, Nancy, Marcella and Marlene.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rae Knight; his children, Ty D. Soberdash of Mercer, Brandi L. Kalina (Robert) of Jennerstown, Candy Szfranski (Roger) of Alamo, CA and Donald A. Soberdash II (Darlene) of Dawson; his grandchildren, Beau A. Soberdash, Dalton E., Dallas H. Lepley, Emma D. Mauri, Michael Hetrick, Eva Jacobson, Austin Sfranski, Savannah Christiansen, Lacey Winters and Kade Cooper; and his brothers, Alfred Soberdash of Dunbar and Thomas Soberdash of Connellsville.
