He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman W. Schilling and Margaret Grace Schilling (Fluck); and his siblings, Edward Lincoln, Leo, Herman Jr. Schilling, Evelyn Bittner, Alda Dunmyer and Betty Knupp.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn K. Hawrylak; his daughters, Leslie Schilling of Somerset and Sally Schilling-Ware of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Hadley and Cameron Ware.
