He is survived by: his son Rick Miller (Vicki Team); his grandchildren, Michael Miller (Tara) and Melissa Berkey (Bradley); his great grandchildren, Layken, Owen, Mason and Addison; and his sister L. Jane Dickey (Judy Kay Tumbleson).
