He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Philip and Ruth Alverta Hoffman (Fritz). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Kinzey; his children, Larry, Mary "Peggy" Jaquay of Columbus, OH and Carole Wilson (Joseph "Kent") of Somerset; his grandchildren, Mary Beth of Columbus, Pamela Hoffman of Columbus, Jeremy Wilson (Melissa) of Somerset and Jody Stickle (Nathanial) of Somerset; his great grandchildren, Haley, Shawna, Michael and Austin; and his siblings, Carl Hoffman of Alliance, OH and Marian Gahring (Terry) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
