He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Samuel "Boyd" Dickey and Francine Barbara Dickey (Berg); his brother Bruce Berg Dickey; and his nephew Sam Dickey. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Berman-Dickey; his brother Reverend John Boyd Dickey of Pittsburgh; his sister-in-law Judith Dickey of Yakima, WA; his niece Jennifer Ludwig (Robert) of Seattle, WA; his great-niece Emily; his nephew David Dickey (Ashley); his great-nephew Maddox; his great-niece Christine Dickey-Hinchey (Joe); his nephew Jackson; his great-nieces, Camille of Pittsburgh and Sydney of Pittsburgh; his stepsons, Jonathan H. L. Berman of David, J. F and Joshua A. Berman of Taos, NM; his stepgrandchildren, Micah, Joseph, Daniel (Kate), Andrew, Anna, Mary Rose Cook (Haydon), Chloe, Levi and Asher; and his stepgreat-grandson Carter. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
