He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Lantz and Ruby Lantz (King); his children-in-law, Virginia "Ginny" Lantz and Bill Nair; and his siblings, Leonard, Jim, Frank, Zada and Edna.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Lantz (Mostoller); his children, Carl V. Lantz and Donna J. Nair; his grandchildren, Billy (Jackie), Wendy, Damian (Seth), Bobbie Jo (Kevin), Dody (Tony) and Jimmy; and his half-sisters, Alice May and Virginia.
