It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L Carlson of Somerset, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Franklin and Estella May Harkcom (Harvey); her husband Bernard Russell Carlson Sr.; her grandson Timothy; and her siblings, Kenneth, Donald Harkcom, Elsie Davis and Catherine Kosnosky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Phillips (William) of Somerset, Marsha Miller of Somerset, Brenda Pugh of Boswell, Linda Meyers (Charles) of Somerset, Patricia Shaulis (Cary) of Somerset and Kimberly Mitchell (Brian) of Nanty-Glo; and her brothers, Robert Harkcom (Romayne) of Conway, NC and Ronald Harkcom (Sandy) of Gatesville, TX.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
