Bernice A. Powell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice A. Powell of Somerset, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Coddington and Laverne Coddington (Koffman); her husband Andrew Powell; her stepson William Powell; and her sister Patricia Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Coddington of Somerset, James Durst of Somerset and Josh of Somerset; her stepchildren, Andrew Powell, Ivan Powell and Cindy Farris; and her siblings, Gloria Kabina (Steve), Joyce May, Jackie Coddington, Joan Wentz (Steve), Dean Coddington and Butch Coddington (Alice).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Halverson Funeral Home (476 W Main St, Somerset, PA 15501).
