He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Bennett and Mary Bennett (Tressler); and his brother Kim. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bennett (Ansell); his children, Lori Olivarez (Eric) of Monclair, VA and Justin Bennett (Kendra) of Johnstown; and his grandchildren, Aden, Isabella Olivarez and Jackson Ferguson.

Contributions may be made to the Somerset Alliance Church or the Vietnam Veterans Organization.
