He is survived by: his wife Lana Jo Latta; his children, Kent Kelly (Dene) of Aurora, CO, Heather Kelly of Jeannette and Laura Corll of Bradford Woods; his son-in-law Chris Lai of Edwards, CO; his grandchildren, Josh, Sam, Grace and Grant; and his siblings, Judy Soegard (Donald), Patricia Starr, Linda Hardes, Edward Kelly (Nancy) and Robert Kelly (Sandy).
