He was predeceased by: his parent Andrew Spilla; his daughter Linda Perts; and his brothers, John, Paul, Andy and Joseph.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Schall Spilla; his spouse Albina L. Kachonick; his children, Kenneth L. Spilla (Cindy Hubler) of Snow Shoe and Cheryl Pash (Mike) of Grassflat; and his grandchildren, Brandon Pash, Amos Perts, Lesha Perts and Novis Perts.
