She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Prebosky and Elizabeth "Betty" Prebosky (Kashuba); her husband Joseph M. Urbanick; her great grandchild Dillon Urbanick; and her brother Walter Prebosky.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph R. Urbanick, Sr. (Aggie) of Bellefonte, James W. Urbanick (Cathy) of Snow Shoe and Betty A. Hockenbury of Snow Shoe; her grandchildren, Karen Brooks (Jim), Kimberly Hugar (Steve), David Urbanick (Melissa), Joseph R. Urbanick, Jr. (Marcy), Shelly Marshall (Robert), Donald Hockenbury (Jackie) and Daniel Hockenbury (Erin); and her sister Ann Seprish of Snow Shoe. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
