He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rash (Neff); his stepsons, Ronald Rash (Kimberly) of Mill Hall and Richard Rash of Snow Shoe; and his grandchildren, David Rash, Ryan Rash, Leighann Toner, Holly Rash, Kelly Rash and Jason Rash. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
