He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth David and Faye Sinclair (Goodyear); his son Joseph R. "Jody" Sinclair, II; and his brother Kenneth D. "David" Sinclair. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rash (Neff); his stepsons, Ronald Rash (Kimberly) of Mill Hall and Richard Rash of Snow Shoe; and his grandchildren, David Rash, Ryan Rash, Leighann Toner, Holly Rash, Kelly Rash and Jason Rash. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home (106 W Sycamore St, Snow Shoe, PA 16874). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Askey Cemetery.
