He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Ciprich and Amelia Ciprich (Kupka); and his siblings, William, Andrew, Joseph, Margie Babula, Verna Basalla, Agnes Fye and Sue Drapcho.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Bambarger; his children, Kevin W. Seprish of Addison, PA and Lisa E. Ford (Matthew) of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Jamie, Brandon, Matthew, Olivia, Keri (Jeff) and Robert; and his sisters, Mary Wozniak of Clarence, Martha Payne (Lee) of Colorado and Bernadine Burns (Bill) of Ohio. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
