He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Rockey and Verna A. Watson; his son-in-law Curtis Michael Hall; his sister-in-law Sandi Park; and his half-brothers, Clint and Ray Rockey.

He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie Lee Rockey (Park); his daughter Tacy Hall of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, William Hall of Milford, PA, Nicole Hall and Vanessa Hall of Middletown, NY; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Brandon, Ethan, Makayla, Natalie, Addison and Kodi; his brothers-in-law, Philips D. Park, Chip S. Park (Eva) of Stevens, PA, Kim T. Park (Mary) of Snow Shoe and Chris D. Park (Mary Anne); and his nieces and nephews, Don, Shane, Travis, Mandie, Jamie, Willis, Brianne, Hannah, Carrie, Monica, Ian and Evan. He is also survived by his friends, taking bus trips with his wife, daughter and friends.
