Padisak (Sandi) of Snow Shoe; his siblings, Joseph Padisak of Clarence and Margaret Padisak of Clearfield; his children, Thomas Taylor, Travis Taylor, Noah Padisak and Wyatt Padisak; and his great grandchildren, Silas and Heidi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
