Benjamin L. Deverter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Benjamin L. Deverter of Smoketown, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. DeVerter and Mary Robinson DeVerter; his wife Margaret Rohrer DeVerter; and his siblings, Charles, Anna Hickey, Jane Warfel and Evelyn DeVerter.
He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin L. Jr. (Carolyn Nolt DeVerter) and John C. (Carol Cox DeVerter); and his brother Richard (Marie DeVerter). He is also survived by six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
