He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Jane Palmer (Guesman) of Grindstone, PA; his sons, Daniel Roy Palmer (Janice) and Brett Allen Palmer (Kelly); and his sister Deborah Swift (Wayne). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
