He was predeceased by: his parents, Marko Bertovich and Mary Bertovich (Dikanic); and his siblings, Kay Hribar, Tony and John Bertovich.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Bertovich (Nicholson); his sons, Steve Bertovich (Kelly) of Smock, James Bertovich of Smock and Richard Bertovich (Lisa) of Smock; his grandchildren, Mallory Bolish (Justin), Brittany Bertovich (John Phillips), Jason Bertovich (Chrissy), Brooke Bertovich and Madison Bertovich; and his great grandchildren, JJ, Reed, Brinley, Briar, Abri and Bria. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
