With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Milton E. Bailey of Smock, Pennsylvania, born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2022 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bailey, and Dolly M. Bailey, Sr. (Smith); his former wife Joyce; his daughter Velma of Maryland; his grandchildren, Travis and Candace; and his brothers, Charles, Paul, Harry Jr., Donald and William.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Bolin of Michigan and Timothy Bailey of New Jersey; his wife Sandra Bailey of Smock, PA; his children, Tom Kelly (Marge) of Grindstone, PA, Tim Kelly (Maria) of Smock, PA, Sandy Lee of Smock, Helen Nicholas (Keith) of Allison, PA, Keith Alvarado of New Jersey and Tracy Copeland of Maryland; and his sisters, Carol Watson of Dearth, PA and Marlene West of Uniontown, PA. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and friends.
