"Bill" Zuzak, Jr. (Melissa); her grandchildren, Brigette Chick (Mark), Maria Erny (Shayne), Tommy Hovanic, Lauren Karwatski (Kyle), Taylor Zuzak, Holly Zuzak, Michael Zuzak, Matthew Zuzak and Sarah Ladina (Justin); her great grandchildren, Saylor and Casen; her grandchildren, Noel, Lita, Josie and Amelia; and her siblings, Steve Blanda (Irene), Pauline Titnich and George Blanda (Elaine).
