He was predeceased by: his brother Edward Bonivich. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Phillips Bonivich; his daughter Heidi Rhoderick (Tad) of Keisterville, PA; his adoptive daughter Paige Zack; his sisters, Betty Bonivich of Smock, Cathy Walters of Dillinger and Ruth Adams; his grandchildren, Isabelle and Ian; and his mother-in-law Jennie Conner of Masontown, WV. He is also survived by several brother and sister in laws and many nieces and nephews.
