She was predeceased by: her parents, George Erma and Barbara Rakushin Erma (Ufulussy); her husband Joseph Voytek; her sons, Charles Michael Voytek and Edward Eugene Voytek; and her siblings, George, Michael, Joseph, John, Stephen Rakushin, Ann Gerber, Julia Salava, Mary Munk, Helen Dolobach and Elizabeth Hirko.
She is survived by: her son Joseph G. Voytek; her daughter-in-law Stephanie Voytek; her great grandchildren, Felicia Young (Michael) and R. J. Smitley; her great great grandchildren, Giovanni and Carson; and also Charlene Smitley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
