He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Kushnar and Anne Hela Kushnar. He is survived by: his wife Lenora Kushnar of Smock; his children, Sarah Powell (Alex) of Zelienople and Brandon Kushnar of Smock; his granddaughter Emilia Powell; his sisters, Joanne Kushnar of Fayette City and Lynn Bennett (D. J.) of Fayette City; and his niece Kendyle Bennett.
