She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thorpe and Ethel Thorpe (Shaffer); and her brother William K. "Bill" Thorpe. She is survived by: her husband Douglas K. Trimmer; her children, Stacey Griffin (Brian) of Uniontown and Kenneth Trimmer (Michelle) of Smock; her grandchildren, Lauren, Noah, Julia, Hope and Grace; her brother Thomas Thorpe (Judy) of Vanderbilt; and her pet Sassy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
