She is survived by: her husband Joseph Augustine Jr.; her grandchildren, Samantha King, Katie Payton (Brian), Dominic Apicella, Adam Apicella, Christopher Baisden, Shane Walters, Austin Walters (Ozzy), Lexi Augustine and Jaiden Augustine; her son-in-law Dan Berthlotte (Tina); her children, Lisa Andursky, Sue Apicella (Appy), Laurie Walters and Joey AugustineGreat (Melanie); and her grandchildren, Parker Lucas (Chichi) and Kennedy.
Due to covid-19 protocols, Private services for Family will be held on Saturday at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Uniontown, PA.
In lieu of flowers family suggests memorial contributions to St. Therese Church in Uniontown on St. Francis of Assisi Church in Footdale in her memory.
