He was predeceased by: his parents, Normal Kelley and Eula Gail Kelley (Jones); his spouse Z. Pearl Whipkey; his son Edward Kelley; and his siblings, Kenneth, Windell, Orran, Clifford, Glenn Kelley, Ruth Bibel, Winnajean Breegle and Almildra Marker.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Kelley (Karen) of Connellsville, Larry Kelley of Utah and Charles Kelley (Carol) of Monessen; his daughter-in-law Kathy Kelley of Yukon; and his sister-in-law Carol Kelley of Smithton. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
