She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas and Ruth Gaut Williams; her husband Clarence Chew; and her siblings, Kenneth Williams (Teresa) and Edith Walt (Harry).
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Chew of Smithton and Jeff Chew of Smithton; her granddaughter Samantha Chew of Smithton; her siblings, Ronald Williams (Mary) of Moon Township and Marilyn Heath of Smithton; and her pet Lynis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In compliance with the CDC COVID-19 guidelines, masks are required to be worn at all times and social distancing is required.
