He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis, Margaret Machupa, Anthony, Josephine DeSimone and Max.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis DeSimone and Francine Machupa DeSimone; his siblings, Angie Frederick (Michael) of Belle Vernon and John DeSimone (Laura) of Upper St; his niece Lillian Margaret; his nephew Wesley Michael; his godparents, Louis DeSimone and Diane Hoenshel; and his goddaughter Kenz Pritts. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
