He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Karasek (Higgins); his children, Jeremy Karasek (Ashley) of West Newton and Erik Karasek (Shannon) of Florida; his significant other Terri Liptak of Smithton; his grandchildren, Taylor and Milan; his siblings, Beverly Devola (Chuck) of Jeannette and Edward Karasek of North Huntingdon; and his sister-in-law Tammy Karasek of Wyano.
