He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Sabrina N. Shipley; his parents, William A. Shipley and Gladys M. Shipley; and his brother William Rugg. He is survived by: his children, Cassandra L. Shaw (Donnie) and Eugene A. Shipley Jr. (Tiffany); his stepchildren, Kerry Long and Dean Harvey; his siblings, Lisa L. Jellison, Patti Jo Cocho, Cindy Kaufman, William T. Shipley (Barbara) and Earl Johnson; his grandchildren, Travis Keller, Austin Keller, Jaydon Jones, Skyler Shipley, Harleigh Shipley, Devon Long, Kara Long and Brayden Harvey; his aunts, Jenny Hawk (Robert) and Martha Richter; and his close friend Velma Peterson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
