She is survived by: her children, James Hollis Chapman of Scottdale, Eric Dawson Chapman of Greensburg and Denise Chapman of Smithton; her granddaughter Dessia Louise Chapman; her sister Ellen Lewis of Rostraver; and her niece Lisa White. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
