It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Rush (Smithton, Pennsylvania), born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. "Abe" Rush and Helen Rush (Kessler); and his nephew Justin Rush. He is survived by: his children, Phillip A. Rush (Kay) of West Mifflin, Amanda Konopka (Raymond) of Bethel Park, Lori Rush of Greentree and Holly Rush (Aaron Eakman) of Belle Vernon; his grandchildren, Zachary Rush, Joshua, Evan Crist, Madelyn Grace and Harper Mae Eakman; his siblings, Daniel Rush of Smithton, Gregg Rush of Clairton, Wendy Gitas (George) of Bethel Park and Jill Rush (Richard Grusofsky) of Clairton; his significant other Toni Kardos; his nieces, Jennifer Cseripko (Jason) and Samantha; and his cousins, Arlene Hofbauer and Eric Kessler (Karen). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
