He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Scott DeFrank; and his daughter Ceresa "Acey" Marie Palo. He is survived by: his father Roger A. Orr; his wife Kimberli Miller Orr of Smithfield; his siblings, Kimberly Faris (George) of Uniontown, Tammy Phillips (Brian) of Smithfield and Alan Orr (Bobbi) of Uniontown; and his grandchildren, Myckayla Kollar (Ian) of Smithfield and William Young (Meighan) of Pittsburgh.
