He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalie L. Wade and Olive Wade (Jones); his wife Charlotte Wade (Prickett); his brother Howard L.; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Jean Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Lora Koontz (Tim) of Glenshaw, Cheri D. Wade of Smithfield, William Wade of Lake Lynn and Christopher Wade (Debby) of Masontown; his granddaughters, Hannah Koontz and Kylie Bricker; and his mother-in-law Mary Prickett of Laurel Point, W. V. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
