He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rouzer and Elsie Rouzer (Cannaby); and his sisters, Nancy Bensley and Dolores Dickison. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. (Palmer); his children, Dwayne Rouzer (Nicole) of Allentown and Evonne Loomis (Rich) of Easton; and his granddaughter Stella Mae Rouzer of Allentown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
