It is with great sadness that we announce the death of MaryLou Decker Gilliland of Smithfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus G. Decker, Sr. and Elizabeth L. Decker (Facer); her grandson Rufus Ronald McKnight; her brothers, Samuel David Decker, Rufus G. Decker, Jr. and John E. Decker; and her niece Juanita Ann Decker.
She is survived by: her former husband William A. Stine; her daughter Elizabeth Andrus Cirko (Stine) of Smithfield; her husband Robert D. Gilliland, Sr.; her grandchildren, Kieshia D. Swarmer (James) of Cresson, Brandon T. McKnight (Anita) of Smithfield, Eric M. McKnight of Smithfield and Nichole M. Stoner (Robert) of Newburg; her great grandchildren, Jayce, Ameigha, Diandra, Kai, Ember, Samantha, Brantley, Eleanor, Memphis, Mackenzie and Connor; her sister Carol Edna Sills (Gerald) of North Carolina; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Decker of Maryland and Judy Shoemaker (Decker) of State College. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, and great nieces & great nephews.
