He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Eberette Rishel and Mildred Conway Rishel Caton; and his wife Melrose Rishel (Kingan). He is survived by: his daughters, Melodi Humbert of Carmichaels and Wendi Dice (Michael) of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Melissa Harmon (Todd), Rachael Reynolds (Bill), Sarah Penn (Daryl), Amber Darnell (Josh), Zachary Dice (Sarah) and Joshua Dice; his sister-in-law Carol Kingan of Smithfield; his grandson Cody Dice; and his brother-in-law Gilbert Kingan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current health situation, all visitors are asked to wear masks in the funeral home.
