He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Skala (Marva); his sons, Robert Skala (Jennifer), Joseph Skala Jr. and Michael Skala (Mary); his grandsons, Andrew, Samuel and Grant Skala; his siblings, Pauline Ozanich and Stephen Skala; and his godchildren, Erin Kuchno, Melissa Fuller and Terri Kuehmier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
